Let your mind and body stretch in this gentle flow yoga class. Increase flexibility,
balance and strength while maintaining focus of the breath and awareness of
alignment. This class will leave you feeling calmer and ready to take on
the day. Suitable for all levels from absolute beginners to those with an established
Restorative Yoga - Deeply relaxing, long held, supported poses designed to
bring calm and quiet to mind and body. These 90 minute workshops are perfect for all
levels and will be held once a month starting in May.
