Perfect for those new to yoga or anyone looking to re-ignite their practise. This class offers a gentle introduction to breath exercises (pranayama), basic yoga poses (asanas) and concludes with a period of deep relaxation (dhayana).

Thursday mornings 

10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.

"Vinyasa Flow"

Let your mind and body stretch in this gentle flow yoga class. Increase flexibility, balance and strength while maintaining focus of the breath and awareness of alignment. This series of postures will leave you feeling calmer and ready to take on the day. Suitable for all levels from absolute beginners to those with an established practice.
